Quality Language skills are important. A Zcertification alone is often not enough, because B2 is not the same as B2. If you want to do an apprenticeship and have a certificate, but write very poorly, you will not be able to complete the apprenticeship.
In order to develop your German, there is a language coaching in one-to-one tuition much more effective as a course as this individually adapted to your job or training and your development is in the foreground. Even if you have not passed a language test, the language coaching can help you here!
